Pllana is a boutique wine label born from South Australian soil and grounded values.

We believe wine should be good—full stop. No fluff, no fancy terminology to distract from what truly matters: exceptional South Australian wine, shared in good company.

We don’t own a vineyard—and we don’t need to. Instead, we’ve built a curated portfolio of small-batch wines in partnership with some of South Australia’s most respected growers and makers. For us, it’s about selection, not production.

A collaboration between Filipa Watts and a handful of iconic South Australian winemakers, our range is crafted from grapes that are sustainably grown across celebrated regions like the Clare Valley, Barossa Valley, and the Adelaide Hills.

Our wines are made from varieties that thrive in proven sites, handled with sensitivity and minimal intervention—contemporary expressions that capture fruit purity, balance, and a strong sense of place.

Each bottle reflects our belief that great wine doesn’t need to shout. It just needs to speak honestly.
